Wanted to share two high resolution photos I found of the Season 2 suit. Really shows off the details.
 
My girlfriend runs a screenprinting company (Fashion clothes)

Any insight into what ink was used? I can't find any silicone ink anywhere. Please note; I'm just looking to make my own suit, not sell them.

Silicone is never used on the superhero costumes.
You want an intense ink with a stretch and a puff additive to get a similar look to the shows.

Marvel custom makes all their inks it's never just of the shelf stuff

Sure, most printers make their own inks, we make our own water based inks, but they still need a base binder. HD plastisol is often used, but I don't have the equipment to cure that at 300 degrees. Silicone cures at room temp and I've seen it used on replicas, and it looks good. Iron maniac says his samples are silicone and they look spot on so I was wondering what binder was used. If anyone knows of a good Hd opaque water based binder then that would also be helpful.

Working on some parts for my daredevil suit. I'll have them on my etsy store once we have some good pulls from the molds. :)

I am laying out a season2 suit. References suck for the pants as most screen grabs are to dark to see details. As i agree the back of the pants are red below the knee. I believe there is a small partion of black on the calf.

You can also see it in the fight see with him and elektra in the warehouse after they open the rail car. I have been trying to get a good screen capture, but i dont have a computer. When i pause it on netflix it blocks it out with the scroll bar. If anyone else can get a screen shot it would be appreciated.
