Yes you have seen wright i am building a TB3 to but that have to wait until i have my TB 2 ready.
And after i have my TB2 finished i have plans to start with TB4 and that will be studioscale 20 inch long.

Regards Ben

Wow!! The build I've been waiting for. Hope you're going to paint it up as the first one built, the one in the launch sequence. It drives me nuts that in later episodes, after the library shots of the launch, all the great detailing disappears from the craft, as a very plainly-painted replacement model takes over .

The sheer difficulty of achieving a TB2 likeness is demonstrated by the fact that Meddings himself lamented that none of the show's later TB2s captured the shape of the first. He also complains that they fought and lost a battle even to mix the same shade of green paint. Wonder what he would've made of yours? Looks pretty damn good to me. Certainly beats any mass-produced replica or kit out there into a ****** hat.

"Like it?" No, sorry...I freakin' LOVE IT!:cool Looking at the model, I can hear the music in my head already (launching pad):)

Hey Ben. My all time favorite. This is an amazing build. I'm speechless!!! You've nailed the shape of this beast. You are flying through this model. I hope you finish TB2 before the show. Definetly a crowd stopper. Whenever your ready to release this as a kit, please LMK
Keep up the great work!!!
Cheers Dave

:popcornVery cool pod with an opening door. Good idea Ben.........Have the front panel of the pod removable for now....using for example magnets or screws etc. If you get time...internal details would be cool.
Myself...I'm more interested in the outside or the TB2 and the outside of the POD plus all the cool machines (e.g. MOLE) that go into the POD, rather than the internal details of the POD itself.:p

This is AMAZING Ben! Can't wait to see it at Andercon!
And I will be asking you about buying a kit of this :)

I have used a waterbase paint and will overspray it with a matt clear acrylic finish.
When you do it this way you have to spray in very thin layers or else it will destroy the paint.

Regards Ben

What a fantastic build!!!! This is the closest screen accurate build of TB2 I've ever seen. Knocks the spots off the Product Enterprises model! Bravo!
