In this thread: http://www.therpf.com/showpost.php?p=1117544&postcount=640 he offers the ticket and says he made it (in fact he asks that his name be credited if anyone shares it). I believe that ticket was made by Division6. Either way, the ticket he's offering has been around forever -- I think it was a scan of the premiere tickets (not the same as the movie ones at all).

How about instead of commenting on the language, you ban the admitted recaster?

It might be that according to the rules (Member Guidelines), digital recasting is nothing that warrants a ban or any other type of punitive action. If I understand this all correctly, recasting "... is not supported..." but is not a prohibited act. It doesn't specify that recasting is actually a violation of anything or subject to any further action (IF I understand the posted rules correctly, which I might not). :confused From what I could find, the the rules state:

"Selling/trading of recast items

Deliberately recasting another member’s creation without consent is not supported by this community.

Selling freely distributed paper props is considered a digital form of recasting.

If anyone believes their item has been recast by a member, they are encouraged to provide proof to the RPF Staff, with the understanding that the burden of proof lies solely with the accuser and that members will be considered innocent unless clearly proven otherwise by the aggrieved party."

Does not seem to specifically say anything about recasting being a violation or subject to action. These are "guidelines" which, by definition, are suggestions and not requirements coupled with penalties.

MODS: If I am out of line or just flat out wrong with my 2 cents above please advise and I will delete or just go ahead and delete. Not meaning to misspeak.

Well that's the thing, he's not selling my stuff, he just claimed it as his.

What a load of bollocks. I know for a fact if she made this as a 3d relief of those paper items, he recast them and took credit for it, even if he gave them away, he would be out of here.

Just cause you can't pour silicone over it doesn't make it ok. It is still stolen and offered as his own.

A lot of work goes into these things, It ain't like she just printed it straight from a copy of the film.
