You remind me of Mr. Incredible. Great big muscular torso with itty bitty little legs. I am loving this thread! Also, the shoulder pads look a lot better with that layer of weathering.

Weathering continues. I went over the whole suit and laid down some black patches where I wanted the paint to look scratched:




Then went back over all of the scratches, drybrushing them with silver:


I'm pretty happy with the finished result:








More to come. Stay tuned...

This is great... love the silver in the paint scratches, really brings it out!

The scratches look amazing! Nicer than the mustard technique I've used, though possibly a bit more work.

I've been documenting this build in my thread over there, yes.

I made good progress on the one-man wolf pack yesterday. Here's the chest, shoulders, and arms fully assembled:


And the diaper:


And the knees down to the boots:


I also sewed up the fur cape:


With that done, it was time to strap the whole thing together:


He's pretty sexy:




I'm ridiculously proud of this build:


Still a few small details to finalize (the paws on the pelt still have no claws for example) so stay tuned.

I'll also get some better photos of the finished piece.

I'm sure I'll be doing more 40K stuff. In the course of this build I stumbled across this particularly tempting illustration:
