Wow...Just wow. Great job Stu.
Yes, Stu’s Falcon is a “centerfold“ model. The wife: "Why are you staring at the screen like you're hypnotized or something?"
Me: "It's Stu's pics of his MF's radar dish!"
Each pull is one oversized quarter section to make a full dome. So 4 pulls needed to make a complete dome. The set comprises 10 pulls. Eight pulls to make the upper/lower domes, one pull for the separate engine deck & the last pull is used for the engine exhaust strips. Is that for the engine deck at the rear?

PM me if you wish to talk further regarding the base kit.Incredible. You're making me wish I had taken up the offer of the base kit.
That looks great Stu. What thickness of ABS are you using ?Hi guys.
Here's a quick video of vacuforming the Falcons oversized quarter sections in black ABS, being pulled over the new CNC'd tool. Multiple sets being done for other Falcon builders.
These came out beautifully & the new tool will last indefinitely for more future pulls!.

Trust me, I want to give myself to the Dark Side and since pretty much switching builders yesterday things seem to be moving ahead with our house faster than they have been up until lately it might just now be possible very soon.Come on JP....Join the dark side
