Interest Iron Man RT1 Arc Reactor

I guess GG changed his mind on sending me a replacement. ...He sent a PM on Dec 3rd stating that he would ship it... and I haven't heard anything since.......
 
Too late to file a PayPal dispute....I am disappointed he changed the reactor in the middle of the run ...thought I was getting what was offered....
