How about a circuit board and battery inside so when you push the button it lights up/makes sound?
It would bump up the price a few $, I am going to get in touch with someone that can get that together,

Ok, on the droid callers, for now I will not be offering the electronics package, but it will be future upgradeable,
I am going to start with a run of 50 kits, (maybe bump up to 100), and see how the response is,
it will be an easy kit to put together, a little painting and you are good to go,
everything will be machined aluminum body and steel hardware,
everything is pretty straight forward, the only thing I can't seem to track down is the lighted pushbutton,
I can probably get something close, but remember this is a 50 year old unit,
I will start an interest thread this weekend and post the link here,
I hope everybody is ready for the closest thing to a real Kobold available !!!
