Yeah, it if looked anything like the original it was more than likely removed because it didn't have the orange markings required by eBay policy.

Thanks for that. Although I'ld have thought that if you had one of Links items than youl'd know it, branded box or not. So if you sold it it would be an original Link etc. etc. However I take your wider point. Thank you.

The thing is though, a lot of people have not heard of link and his work. So the recaster is making a bunch of money from the people that aren't aware that its a recast, or don't care that it is. MR is a well known source, Link is just one man in his house.
