Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

Binding in progress, leaves are 9 x 12 cm, 120g/m², cream colour and the thickness is around 1 cm.
I will draw and write before finishing the journal because I will try another way than carbon paper. I will put light under the drawing and my page and draw directly.
I have iron feathers, metallic ink, soon all the pages in order...

Based on this page: https://sourcebooks.fordham.edu/mod/1580Pretty-drake.asp
I came up with the following

(Off/near the coa?)st of Chili we mette an Indian
(in a canoa?) who came to us and tolde us of a
(great?) Spanish ship laden with treasure from
the kingdom of Peru. On the 13 day of
February we came to the port of Lima and
entered the haven, finding there about twelve
sayle of ships lying fast moored at anker,
having all their sayles carried on shore; for the
masters and merchants were here most secure,
having never bene assaulted by enemies, and at
this time feared the approach of none such as
we were. Among them we discovered the shippe
the Indian had spoken of, indeede laden with
treasure. We rifled the ship and found in her
great riches, as jewels and precious stones, four
score pound weight of golde, five and twenty
tunnes of silks and many strange and diverse
objects of gold and silver set with goodly great
emeraldes. The pilots name of this shippe was
Rodrigo, whom we took aborde and carried with us.
We staid no longer there, but cutting all the
cables of the shippes in the haven, we let them
drive wither they would, either to sea or to the
shore, and we sailed to a place called Guiaquil.(?)

Can you help me with this text facing the page with the two bells ?

In the port of Gaiaquil, we descried a ship
wich we took loaden with fruits, conserves,
sugars, meals and others victuals and a
certain quantity of jewels and precious stones.
13 chests of Ryals of plates; 80 pound
weight in gold; 26 tonne of uncogned silver;
two very faire quilt drinking-bowls and the
like trifles. We then departed the haven,
having first set all the Spaniards on land,
saving one Juan de Velasco, a Dominican
friar who, after some persuasion, told us of
an Island the Spaniards call Rica de Oro.
Being a cosmographer of some faire skille,
he vowed to draw for us a map of this Island.
Velasco described a great church wherein the
builders had conceived all manner of hidden
passages and underground traps to confound
the enemies of the Spaniards, should they
discover the Island. Their city is indeede
riche in gold for the Viceroy of Peru…
the gold and silver of the Natural
bay of Panama and Eastward …
Atlantick ocean to Spain; …rd.
across the West Ocean to th …bor.

I am not very familiar with this kind of english language.
Thank you.

This part doesn't seem to be based on an existing text, so it's difficult to guess what the hidden part says.

Thanks! Very helpfull! Do you have images like this, of all the pages in the journal?

I think the letter before the 's' is a 't', not a 'p', so I think either 'shafts' is likely, or maybe 'vaults' would be better, since I don't see traces of a 'f'.
Here are all the diary page pictures I have:

My pics are all from the original version, so it would definitely be interesting to see if there are any differences, or if some things are clearer in the remaster.

DavyVO, some idea about the text near the inverted torch ? :lol

I'm trying to discern some of the words but it's difficult, if anybody recognizes some words that would be great!

DavyVO, you miss this one ? ^^

No I posted a screenshot of that one, that one only appears in a cutscene and not in-game so I don't have a full picture of it.

I only gave that out to 2 people.
I didn't want to see it plastered all over the net and being sold on ebay.

I was working on an updated version after seeing I missed a few things that can be seen in the enhanced PS4 version.
