Bryan is in fact correct. With the UK kerfuffle Lewis is focused on meeting the promised (and paid for) commitments first. We are ensuring we all stay focused there before doing Leia (tho there ARE still plans to). The model has been complete for some time and is simply awaiting prototyping. We are getting outstanding MoMs and V2 preorders out of the way before spreading ourselves thin with Leia.
As for interest list I'll do another scrub since some folks have opted for change. I'll try and get that done sometime this weekend, but also this is just a list to track interest and give a sense for what to make and whom was in first and claimed the commemorative #s. So worry not about it you choose to duck out or are fearful whether you'll get one. There will be plenty.
