Hello RPF community! We operate a 3D printing studio in good ol' Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Currently we offer 3D modeling, 3D printing, resin casting, and vacuum-forming services to our customers wherever they are. We love working with RPF members, and we can't wait to see what other awesome projects you all have in store for us. We are currently taking new commissions for both design and manufacturing, so if you have any projects you are excited to start, get in touch with us and we will make it happen!

**UPDATE: WE NOW HAVE A LARGE-FORMAT PRINTER WITH A BUILD VOLUME OF 3 ft x 3 ft x 1.5 ft. IF YOU'RE TACKLING LARGER PROJECTS WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. PICTURES BELOW**

3D Modeling: $20/hour

3D Printing: Cost of Materials + Post-production time

Vacuum-Forming: $125 for initial item and $50/pull for each subsequent pulls of the same item

Silicone Mold/Resin Casting: Price varies per item requested

Not that I'm familiar with, but we're working on a plan for less expensive shipping going from the US to the UK and Ireland. I'll keep you updated if you're interested.

I'll have to look into that! I also wanted to share with you our latest project. We 3D printed these out of our stainless steel composite materials and put them through some rigorous post-production sanding. Both are still works-in-progress but they're coming along nicely!
